IGI World is looking for smart and efficient Magento developers with ability to handle projects independently and oversee e-commerce website development and web applications.
Setup and configure Magento 1X or Magento 2X sites
Develop and manage e-commerce websites, web applications & web sites
Analyze, design, code, debug, test, document & deploy applications
Initiate modules/extensions development/theme integration/customization
Participate in project & deployment planning
Strong PHP, JavaScript, MYSQL, OOPS and RDBMS concept
Exposure on Magento 2, CMS and JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery
Demonstrable knowledge of XML, XHTML, CSS, Modules ie API integration, Payment Gateways, XML with a focus on standards
Demonstrable source control experience
Full understanding of the Magento themes and templating systems
Strong understanding of Performance Tuning, Browser Compatibility, SEO Practices, and Version Control
